If you were suspended and would like to reinstate your account. Go to the following link

eBay does not suspend accounts for no good reason, however there are a lot of errors happening at eBay Trust and Safety because T&S works with suspend now ask questions later because of the amount of fraud that is going on at

If you have an issue find out why you got to this point and how you can solve it so it should not happen again.

eBay loves sellers with high DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings if you describe your item well, communicate well with your customers, ship on time and charge a fair shipping price your DSR will go up and that is what eBay wants to see.

Good Luck!

Abandon that account, create new account. If you have a paypal account you may need to contact them directly get your money from your old ebay account.

You may not have liked what was said, but it was the truth you have no recourse with ebay. They will not reinstate your account once you have been suspended. I have been an ebayer for a very long time and have seen many people get suspended, including my very financial conscious daughter, and have no other option other than to start over again. I'm sorry my response pissed you off.

My account has been suspended and i want to reinstate it.

the only way is to cantact ebay support:

You should have received an email explaining the problem and what needs to happen before your account can be reinstated. If you can't find it, click My eBay at the top of the page. You'll find a copy of the email after clicking the Messages tab.

There are two reasons why an account may be suspended:

Non-payment of eBay fees: Account balances of $1 or more must be paid in full each month. We'll automatically reinstate your account once your balance is paid. You can pay by credit or debit card, by check, or through your PayPal account.

Violation of our rules and policies: For policy violations, you need to check the email we sent you. It will explain what the problem was and what needs to happen before the account can be reinstated. You can learn about our policies.

I have a suspended ebay account. I paid 18.19 that was due on Nov. 17th. I thought that was the problem. It remains suspended and I have no idea why? Ca you assist me?

Hi there!

With regard to the suspension in your account, if it's about billing it could be that your account's being charged off.
A charge off means eBay has recognized your balance as debt to eBay for accounting purposes. Keep in mind that you still owe this amount to eBay. Additionally, eBay reserve the right to pursue collections efforts, including use of a collection agency.

To avoid further collections efforts and to remove the suspension,I recommend that you need to pay for the fees. eBay will reinstate your account as soon as eBay receive payment for this amount.
Here's what to do:
-- Check your invoice
To see the overdue balance and a breakdown of the fees you've been charged, follow these steps:
1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Click the "All account activity" link under your current balance.
You'll see a summary of your latest invoice and a list of fees, credits and payments from the last 4 months. To see a previous invoice, select the one you want from the "Invoices" drop-down menu on the right side of the page.
-- Make a payment
eBay accept payment by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, check, or money order.
Here's how to make a one-time payment:
1. Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Under "Payment methods for Seller Fees," click the "one-time payment" link.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
How long will it take for your payment to go through?
-- One-time credit card and direct debit payments post immediately to your account.
-- PayPal payments take approximately 5 business days to post.
-- Checks take approximately 7-10 business days to post.
To learn more about paying your eBay seller fees, go to:
Once your payment has been posted, your account will be reinstated automatically, and you'll be able to start selling on eBay again immediately.
I hope I've explained this clearly. If you have any problems please add a note here or you can send another concern.

I hope this helps. Please rate if it does!

Account suspended and can't find out why

Hi there!
You need to speak with eBay rep so that they can check to why your account was suspended. If you haven't used your eBay account for awhile, it could've been suspended so that no one can use it. All you need to do is to verify the account with them.
Here's how you can get the phone number, click the link below:
hope this helps! Have a great day!
