Hopefully this helps! My drawing isn't great or good for that matter. The washer has a place to insert the pulley in front of the motor. Put the belt around the drum. Then push the pulley back away from the drum and insert the belt in between the forks and then wrap it around the pulley of the motor. I really hope this helps.

lets see hear.a loose connection draws maximum ampreage so important that any connections are clean and tight then another thing could be vent .if its is restricted at all your heater will run hotter putting stress on those connections
