Image prints at the edge of the canvas

you should check the paper size loaded at the driver open devices and printers- choose HP DJ5500 driver - right click and open Printer properties-click the paper/sizes tab at the top-check that the paper size is set to ROLL- then set roll size ( 24"=A1--36"=A0---42"=A0/2A0)
now when you try to print make sure that the printing application ( EG paintshopPro) has the correct Page size (under document Properties)
and that your not strectching to fit or using the overprint commands within your printing application. the plotter should never be allowed to overprint as this model has no ay of clearing the excess ink that would be left on the platten

Can my thermal transfer (TT) printer print on any label?

The answer is no. The labels must be specifically coated with a thermal transfer overprint. Most flexo printed labels have a UV varnish to protect them, that does not print very well in a thermal transfer printer. You must let your label printer know before the labels are made that you need a thermal transfer overprint and no UV coating.

Epson BX300F Hello Had a paper jam and remove...

Have you tried aligning the print head? It should be an option on the Maintenance menu.

By the way, that carriage is called a print head. Try removing the print head (you have to remove the ink tanks first; be careful, they leak) and putting it back in. The instructions should be in your manual
