Memory low error. i can't receive or send text messages. when i showed it to a friend there are no virus it seems that my phone memory has a lot of saved datas

yes, it is the reason. Free some memory by deleting the unnecessary or less necessary item to get rid form this issue.

Your can download a software Called MEMORY UP from this link. It will help you to free some memory and will speed up your phone. But keep the 1st phase of my solution in your mind. Its mandatory.

download the software from here,

best of luck!

MY NOKIA C5 00 SHOWS PHONE MEMORY ONLY 17MB BUT I HAVE NOT INSTALLED ANY APPLS ON IT.

sunilrhll, you can verify below options:
1) have you recorded a lot of videos and shot many hi-res pictures? if yes chances are you may have used up a lot of the internal memory (270MB).
2) if your phone is new and this is the immediate issue, you may want to visit the store where you bought the phone, the may have installed some stuffs you did not know
hope this helps!

I am using nokia 5130c-2. my mobile phone's actual memory is 30mb, but now im having only 17mb. how to get back its full memory?

Hello,
You might want to have a master reset on your phone to get back its full memory> However, I believe you already know that it will erase everything on your phone and put it back on its default status.
To perform the Master Reset, please key this in on your phone. *#7370# or *#7780#.

It tells me I have insufficiant memory storage I have deleted txt messages ringtones drafts etc. I have a memory card but it just holds my pictures. It has made me stop recieving text messages and is...

I had the same problem so I called AT&T and they solved the problem!!

1. Click 'Start'
2. Click 'Messaging'
3. Click 'Messages'
You should be in the screen where it shows all your text messages, not just one. If not, click the 'go back' key until you see the list of all your text messages.
4. Click 'Menu'
5. Choose 'Folders'
Your screen should be showing Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Outbox and Sent Items folders.
6. Click 'Drafts' folder
7. Click 'Menu'
8. Choose 'Delete All'
After it has finished deleting, your screen should say To create a new message, etc.....
9. Click 'Menu' again
10. Choose 'Folders' again
11. Click 'Inbox'
12. Click 'Menu'
13. Choose 'Delete All' When its finished deleting it should say 'To create a new message, etc.....'
14. Repeat steps 9-13 for the Outbox and Sent Items folders as well.
15. Once you are SURE you have deleted all your messages in all the folders, click 'Menu', choose 'Folders', and choose the 'Deleted Items' folder
16. Once in the 'Deleted Items' folder, click 'Menu' and choose 'Delete All'
Since the Propel Pro is run by Windows, it's kind of like emptying the Recycle Bin on a computer. You delete the items and they go to a 'Deleted Items' folder, where you can 'Delete All' of the deleted items. I know it sounds confusing, but that is how you can get your 'Free Storage' back.
Once you've deleted your deleted items, (LoL) you can check your 'free storage' by going to "Settings" .. "More" .. "Memory Info" and the "Storage" (middle/orange folder) should have significantly gone down! I went from 89MB to 17MB!!
I really really hope this helps! Good Luck!!
If you still have storage problems, call 1-800-331-0500 and Dial 0 for customer service then dial 1 for technical support. They should be able to help you step by step! I really hope this helped! Good Luck again!!

My phone memory was 17MB suddenly it came to 7MB, what should i do???

I am sorry, my first thought was that the poor thing had suffered a concussion and lost his memory in the process.

My laptop suffered that or equvilant according to my computer expert, where I occasionally take the laptop to. Last time I took the laptop to the "doctor" was because there were bits missing.
He said that I had walked to much around with the laptop and presumebly bumped into dorrways and such.

Cant see videos

Hi You have to move the Videos off the sd card onto the phone before you will be able to see them on the PC Suite Software. The Software only sees stuff that is on the phone itself, then you can download it to the PC or Upload to the Phone Hope this helps Regards
