Cracked face panel on monitor

Can this face panel be replaced without buying a new monitor --Old one still works fine. Just hard to look at-- discolored at top only.

Suze,
Sure the panel can be replaced, but it will cost you a bundles...So, just buy a new monitor it will saved you the headached and $$$...
