Question about HP Compaq Evo n610c Notebook
In the task bar there is safly remove hardware which consist option to remove hardware when connected & the option of remove CD Rom Drive. The CD Rom Drive option has been deleted by me by a mistake, plz help me to solve the prlblem.... Thanks.
Eveidently you disabled the CD from within control panel. I'm assuming you are familiar with windows, so I'm just going to give the buttons you press. Do the following:
Start(bottom left of screen)>Setting>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>DVD/CD Rom Drives +>Click on your CD and select use this device (enable) down in the bottom of the box.
Press OK and close all the boxes and see if the device appears in your safely remove hardware dialogue.
If not, go to HP.com, select downloads and find the driver for your CD and reinstal.
This should clear it up.
