Question about Kenmore 40494 / 40495 / 40499 Electric Single Oven
The element on the oven will not shut off when trying to bake. I noticed it when my cookies started burning at half the time they were supposed to be in there for. Once it reaches its temp it just stays on and continues to heat. Any ideas???
Thermo. in oven it leads up to the cut off to keep temp correct but sometimes having them fixed is more then a new one in the back of oven take panel off an it will be a copper looking wire covered with a cloth looking sleeve
