You can pick up a bottle of gas treatment at any auto parts store. they run between 2 and 5 dollars. water in fuel light on saab 93 - moz-screenshot.jpg it is not good but not necessary to use one of these bottles every so often. pour one of those in your tank after u fill up on gas. and u should be ok. also, the cheapest gas around isnt always the best. chevron with techron is great. if u fill ur tank with chevron gas once every 6 months or so it will help your car dramatically. the techron is designed to lubricate everything in your engine and keep it running well. i hope this helps you.

Sounds like you have dirt/debris in your caburetor jets,fuel passages or a diaphgram that is becoming non-flexible.
Check/Clean/Replace your Air Filter, a dirty air filter can make your engine run to rich with fuel.
Note: ALWAYS USE COMPRESSED AIR TO CLEAN YOUR JETS AND PASSAGES, VERY IMPORTANT.
Note:Before you disassemble the carburetor:
Write down on a piece of paper and or take a picture of how the linkage attaches to your carburetor for later reference when you go to reinstall your carburetor.
Mark each piece with a awl, or some kind of sharp instrument that will make an alignment scratch before you disassemble the carburetor into separate pieces.
That way you will know which way it goes back together when you reassemble it.
Sometimes you can get by with priming the carburetor or by using a very small shot of starting fluid and letting it run a few times like that, and it will flush the gunk out of the jets,but most of the time you will need to rebuild the carburetor.
Be sure to check your fuel tank for water and dirt/debris, if there is water/debris then you need to clean your tank.
Check you fuel line/s condition...after a while they will degrade and need replacement.
Check/Clean/Replace your fuel filter if you have one.
When you remove your fuel lines from the carburetor be sure to make a drawing or take a picture of how the lines are connected to the carburetor.
Also a good time to take a picture for later reference for reassembly.
If the mower is over a couple of years old, then I recommend that you buy and install a new carburetor repair kit,because the diaphragm will get hard and that will cause it to be hard to crank.
The diaphgram may look good and flexible, but it can be deceiving and not act as a fuel pump as it should because it has become too hard and will cause hard starting,start and run and shut off, etc.
When you clean your carburetor, I recommend that you use a laquer thinner type cleaner to clean and dissolve the laquer build-up in the float and needle jet passages.
Be sure to remove all plastic and rubber parts before using the laquer thinner because it can dissolve the plastic parts and render them unuseable.
Be sure to use COMPRESSED AIR to blow out all the fuel and air passages.The higher air pressure is needed to blow some of the trash/debris from the fuel or air passages.
Be careful when blowing out the passages, because there are sometimes small rubber type seats in the bottom of some of the passages.
Keep in mind that the float (if you have one) for the carburetor must be level when you go to reassemble the carburetor or follow the instructions you get with the carburetor kit, or you could also ask the parts man that you get your kit from.
When you clean your carburetor and remove the jet screws, you will first need to lightly seat the jet screws.

A water-fuelled car is a automobile that is claimed to use water as its fuel or produces fuel from water onboard, with no other energy input. Water-fuelled cars have been mentioned in newspapers, popular science magazines, local news coverage, and the internet (YouTube); at least some of the claims were found to be tied to investment frauds. This article focuses on vehicles which purport to extract their energy directly from water, a process which would violate the first and/or second law of thermodynamics

In addition to claims of cars that run exclusively on water, there have also been claims that burning hydrogen or oxyhydrogen in addition to petrol or diesel fuel increases mileage. Around 1970, Yull Brown developed technology which allegedly allows cars to burn fuel more efficiently while improving emissions. In Brown's design, a hydrogen oxygen mixture (so-called "Brown's Gas") is generated by the electrolysis of water, and then fed into the engine through the air intake system. 1996 sportsman 400. Starts 1st pull and runs great but wont idle. Ive adjusted idle screw but still no luck. If i pull choke out it will idle

Ford 4000 tractor has rebuilt carb but no gas is getting thru to intake

I have a 93 polaris 350l 4x4 revved engine and lights blew also th cooling fan stopped working around the same time


I have a 2001 polaris scrambler 500 4x4 and it wouldn't charge the battery and my lights wouldn't work and the fan wouldn't come on so it overheated and it was the voltage regulator that was broke and that makes the fan and lights work it might not be a stator hopes this helps

The control is stuck on 93 farh and goes to celcius, but will not let me increase the temp! Led light goes from celcius to fiehight with temp stuck on 93! thanks todd

This ispossibly a topside issue. There is really no way to troubleshoot this problemwithout trying another topside control panel. If the issue continues with a new topside then the board will be at faultand needs to be replaced. There is a possibility that a faulty ozone could also cause this issue sounplugging the ozone would also be worth a try. It is spitting and back firing


Could be a few things, I would start with checking the fuel for contaminants, Example water in fuel drain and put fresh fuel in it, then if it still presists I would clean the carbs. Water in the fuel or too much fuel both will cause spitting and backfiring. I would also change the spark plug too. Hope this helped.

We have a '69 ford 2000 3 cylinder gas tractor that will start and run great but starts to spit an stutter after 10 to 15 minutes and shuts off. We have replaced fuel pump, blown out fuel lines, and...


It may be something with the carb like a float, valve, or jet problem, but don't rule out vapor lock. Make sure that the fuel lines are protected from the heat of the engine. Sometimes rerouting/shielding fuel lines can make a difference. Just a thought. Best wishes.

2006 sportsman x2 500 ho


have an 06 polaris sportsman 500 x2, when i turn the key nothing happens. battery is good and charged, i have another quad, same exact one, and i have swapped out every part i could to find out what is wrong with it, still doesnt work.
