Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Let me ask this, did you hook the printer up to the computer before you installed the software. If so, un-install printer(uncable from computer) and printer software. Reboot your computer and install the software first, follow the setup wizard to the letter. In the event that doesn't help try rolling your computer back a week or so or try downloading new software from the printer manufacturers website(drivers/downloads and sometimes support. And if all else fails, take it back to the store and exchange for a different one. I hope this helps you.
