It's most likely the microphone. Perhaps you dropped the phone before and the mic jarred off its normal position or perhaps it is damaged, rusted or something. Take it it to someone to fix the microphone back properly or buy a replacement. But give it to an experienced hand so that nothing is tampered with!

You phoned microphone needs to be replaced. The speaker and Mic are two different components and works independently as well. IF people on the receiving end cant hear you, then your microphone is not fuctioning. Take it ti yiur dealer if it is still under warrantee or a reputable repair shop to replace the microphone
The antenna for receiving the call is damaged inside your phone,Either that antenna might be a problem or there may be other circuitry issues inside the phone.Changing the antenna costs you Rs.300 or $5.
