I have Hitachi AX-M83 system. While deleting a song from USB stick, it asked "Del File" Now my question is how many songs does a file have? Because USB stick showed 31 tracks stored,...

The number of songs you can store has to do with the size of the USB. Now the file itself has a size and make sure your system has enough space for the file.
