Dataone bradband modem

I am having bsnl broadband connection with Siemens C2110 modem. When I switch on the modem, it keeps continuous blinking with all indicators. I mean the link, data and PCUSB bulbs keep blinking till 10 minute. Then after the PC can recognize the new software and link stablised. Please resolve problem.

check all the cable connections, and also reset your broad band router
