I had this same problem when I bought mine, except it wasn't a display model, as far as I know... I bought it on clearance, and when I opened the box and read the instructions I realized that I didn't have the replacement ring... I contacted Rival, and they were more than happy to send me one. That's what I would recommend! Hope this helps! :-)

This web site has manuals fro Rival 8401, 8504, etc, and the instructions for the 8200 should be included. If not, cut the 4 qt recipes in half.

i have a rival gc8250 soft serve icecreme maker and lost my instructions book and the recipe. i can not use this machine with out this book please help me .

i have a rival 8704 4 qt icecream maker,,when i made ice cream fior the first time,,the manual does not tell me what to add to my maker before it starts to churn,,i need to find a way to have someone show me exactly what to add for ingrediants and show me step by step how to make my icecream.like>>none said to add milk or cream to icecream mixture
