Start the computer in safe mode and run your anti-virus. While in safe mode, clean your cookies, temp files and temporary internet files.
When you get back to real mode, turn system restore off, restart the computer and turn the system restore back on.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

My anitvirus software wont upload. It is continually updating and restarting, non stop. It interrupts my entire work flow. If I update, it restarts, then immediately updates again and again. ALL DAY.

If your PC shuts down while trying to access an Anti Virus Software, you have a Virus already on your computer. Download Malwarebytes it's free to use and should solve any problems. Once you've downloaded it I would suggest turning off WiFi or disconnecting from the internet I case someone is remote viewing without permission.

If you say that fans gives out loud swirling sound, i can suggest you update your bios because it is the one responsible for minimizing the noiseand making the fans swirl.
Possible that system is shutting down because fans might be shutting down as well.
You can also try to blow out some air on the vents because that is usually where your fans are, this will help clean out fans.
Questions: Does your computer restarts when it shutsdown automatically? if it is there might be a bluescreen error going on and bluescreen can either be a problem with software or hardware. A lot of troubleshooting needs to be done to isolate. Do the first solution that i have given you then answer my questions for further troubleshooting
