Question about JVC GR-DVX400 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I have a GR-DVX4 camcorder. I want to download the movies I have taken inot my computer and then burn to a DVD to keep.
How do I do this, what software do I need?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Cannot connect via DV out
dv out ? is not same as firewire ( check your owner ' s manual ) but you do have usb - if no video there , then accessing jvc user site is your next best move ;

Hi I am Vortash according to the manual for this unit available on http://www.safemanuals.com the unit is quite capable of downloading to a computer but yes it does require the correct software to do so .. you may find this is available from JVC support as a download .. it says that you can download to a usb terminal or a Rs socket with a compatible retail software .. hope this helps Regards Vortash
