Question about GE JGRP17 Gas Single Oven
I cannot turn the top burners on without turning the knob & using a lighter. The oven works fine, just the top burners have this problem. Having not lived in the house for long, I took the grates off & lifted the burners so as to clean under there since the previous owner never did. Since then, not only will the top burners not light as previously stated, but the two front burners don't burn as strong & after 10 secs or so I can smell gas. I know I seated them back onto the valve otherwise they would stick up from the holes unevenly. Can someone help me out with a DIY remedy?
