Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
Hey..i need help! my laptop won't boot. it gets past toshiba screen then as windows tried to load, it freezes. i am currently using it in safe mode and it was fixed for a little by an IT guy who said it was boot processor? is there a way i can fix this problem? it's only 15 months old!
While you have it in safe mode, make sure you back up all your personal data to a cd as is sounds like it is not going to last much longer. After you back up all your information....Documents, Pictures, Music...etc... Then I would reformat the machine with the original installation disc that came with the computer. That should fix the problem. Never even heard of a boot processor :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
