How to paint a rubber sole?

Painting the rubber soles of your shoe is an easy way to personalize them. However, you cannot use just any paint. The sole of your shoe comes into contact with surfaces every time you use it. The constant friction your rubber soles go through can be harsh enough to crack your paint. A durable option is painting your rubber soles with tire paint. Tire paint is made for rubber tires and is durable. In addition, tire paint comes in a variety of colors.

8 yr old boots. Both have cracked width-wise across the sole. One has cracked deeply through all the layers, the other is not as deep, but not great. Can these be fixed?

the problem is that the soles have a formula in the sole that deteriorates with age or lack of use and the composition breaks down
the same thing will happen if you buy new with the same type of sole material and put them in the cupboard for say a year , then wear them , the soles will break in about 3 hours of wearing

They run true to size for length. There are icons on the sole that tell you the width. A filled in icon is medium width snd an outlined foot shows narrow and wide.

Sole treadmill displays LS1 error as soon as I press start.

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
Power Supply An inadequate power supply limits a Sole treadmill's speed to 7 mph, even though the display may say it is going faster. Plug the treadmill directly into an outlet without using an extension cord for best performance. If this is not possible, Sole recommends using a short 16 gauge minimum cord.
Belt Too Tight A walking belt that is too loose will slip and one that is too tight runs slowly. Adjust the tension by inserting a 6 mm Allen wrench into the hole in the right end cap at the back of the deck. This gives you access to the tension bolt. Turn the wrench counterclockwise no more than a 1/4 turn at a time to decrease tension or the opposite way to increase tension. Do not tighten more than necessary to eliminate slippage of the belt on the front roller. You must also then adjust for tracking due to increased belt tension by turning both tracking bolts on each side of the end of the rail 1/4 at a time.
Belt Lubrication Sole treadmill belts come pre-lubricated, but after the first 50 hours of use you will need to lubricate the machine again. Use only lubricant sold by Sole. The treadmill can go for another 1,000 hours of use before another lubrication if it is cleaned regularly. If the belt is running slow and you have done everything else, it may be that your belt is ready ahead of schedule. Spread an entire tube width-wise across the center of the deck. The place where your feet hit when walking or running is the ideal location for the lubricant.

Fitflop sole repair

The sole can be repaired. If you don't have soling material available, the best choice is to take it to a shoe repair shop and have it looked at there.

Between us, we own dozens of Ferragamo shoes. My wife liked her Ferragamo Greatly loafers very much. But unfortunately, without warning, both soles broke at about the same time, cracked across the width of...

The first pair of shoes can not be bixed. Once the sole splits, the shoes are done. There is an increasing amount of TPR soles these days.
The second pair can be replaced with Vibram soles.

Screen blacking out on Toshiba A25

Had the same problem often occuring in 2000 withy a 25 laptops and we traced this error down to failure of a small device inside & aside of the laptopscrean. When you open up the screanhousing you find it 1 cm width, half a cm deep and about 4,5 to 5 cm long (these days) . It converts the battery power into an higher voltage. Traced this divice down to the factory in the UK but these guys solely deliver these to Compac only (Stupid and shortsighted) Getronics repaired this failur only by replacing the entire screan upper body and then got some refund for the returned screan& upperbodies from Compac
When these devices can be obtained now from elswhere the problem can be fixed.
