Question about Canon imageCLASS D880 All-In-One Laser Printer
I just installed a new L50 cartridge to the machine yesterday however when I try to send faxes it wont allow me to. It gives me a message that busy/no signal with #0018. What is this? I have tried unplugging and resetting but hasnt helped at all :( I just got to know that now I cannot receive faxes either :(
I need to know how to adjust baud rate. Thanks

#0018 indicates there was a problem with dialing, but it should show for sending faxes only. Since you can neither send nor receive faxes, and are getting a message saying "no signal", make sure that the phone line is still securely connected to both the L (line) jack on the machine and the phone jack in the wall. If it is, plug another phone into the accessory jack on the machine, and check to see if you are getting a dial tone. It seems like the machine is not able to communicate through the phone line.
