There isn't one since this card is just DX7 compatible and Win 7 needs a card that is at least DX9.2 capable.

Go to the above site for Nvidia drivers. In the first dropdown menu it should be Geforce, which is default. In the next drop downs, select your Geforce MX card and the operating system you are using.
Search on nvidia web site. Try to download the latest drivers for your video card. Or, the second solution is to check for updates in windows 7, and if your video card is supported you will receive an patch for it from microsoft.
