First connect the phone using the USB cable provided. Open the LG PC Suite software. On the left hand side is a connection wizard select this and then USB. Don't change any of the port information. Once it has connected, select contents. go to your picture folder and then just drag your pictures onto it. DONE!
In the menu of the phone, select Phone Setting, then Connectivity, then you will be able to see "USB connection mode" menu. If you select "Mass storage" in this menu, your phone will react as a normal USB key drive on your system. It worked for my XP, or Ubuntu machine.
Otherwise, if you select "Data service" in the USB connection mode, you need LG PCsuite software installed to be able to communicate with it. This PCsuite is downloadable in LG web site.
