No Signal when turned on

*: ECM determines the start signal status by the signals of engine speed and battery voltage. The ECM activates the fuel pump for several seconds after the ignition switch is turned ON to improve engine start ability. If the ECM receives a engine speed signal from the crankshaft position sensor (POS) and camshaft position sensor (PHASE), it knows that the engine is rotating, and causes the pump to operate. If the engine speed signal is not received when the ignition switch is ON, the engine stalls. The ECM stops pump operation and prevents battery discharging, thereby improving safety. The ECM does not directly drive the fuel pump. It controls the ON/OFF fuel pump relay, which in turn controls the fuel pump.
The relay is located in the IPDE E/R under hood fuse / relay box . Should show location on inside of lid

You have your left, right, front, and back wires mixed up. Not only the wires, but the polarity(pos. and neg.) as well

First the information should be in your owners manual but here goes:

1. Turn Run switch to off
2. Turn Ignition Switch to ACC
3. Hold both turn switches until comfirmation (lights flash)
4. Enter first digit code by pressing left turn signal that many times (ex, if first number is 5, press 5 times) then push the RIGHT turn signal 1 time to accept.
5. Press LEFT signal however many times for second number, press Right signal 1 time to accept
6. Press LEFT signal however many times for third number, press Right signal 1 time to accept
7. Press LEFT signal however many times for fourth number, press Right signal 1 time to accept
8. Press LEFT signal however many times for fifth number, press Right signal 1 time to accept

System should now be disarmed and ready to start

Side-mounted turn signals, removing:
1. Press side turn signal lens against retaining tab in direction of arrow and carefully remove from fender opening.
2. Carefully pull housing "2" out of rubber socket "1".
3. Bulb "3" can be pulled out of rubber socket "1" for replacement.


Installing:
1. Install in reverse order to removal.

You mean your phone have a weak signal? There are many factors affecting the signal of your phone. It might be the phone service provider whose encountering a technical difficult on there system, there is something blocking your phone to receive strong signal like the trees,large building or maybe you are in a remote area where signal are difficult to reach.
But if you mean your phone is completely cannot receive any signal then it must be its hardware antenna inside that needs to be check or replace. You need some tools to do the repair like a soldering gun,screw driver and tester to do the diagnostics. If your unsure on how to do this then you need to visit Nokia Care Center about this.

It is possible that an internal monitor cord got disconnected. You can do a random inspection to see if there is a loose cord once you open up the computer. If you are not comfortable with doing that, then take it to a certified computer repair shop for their diagnosis.

I'm a musician,meaning I deal w/this on a reg. basis.I would make sure all the negs go to negs,and the pos to pos.When components are involved make sure the in's go to out's and the out's to the in's and make sure the system is grounded(with auto stereo's)this is a
must do. That's all I have.Hope one or more of you're systems are not defective,that would certainly block your signal,good luck,hope

Call the station to see if they are testing their signal. Also check the signal strenght: turn to channel WGEM and usung the signal meter in the converter box check to see if you have a strong signal. If signal is week change the direction of the antenna or get a signal amplifier; especially if you live more than 10 miles from their broadcast tower.

Get a new Hard Drive and plug it into your USB Port
