Re: code for samsung microwave
It would seem that this is an error code, the keypad locked screen shows Samsung 50. Incidentally to my knowledge, there was a recall order for Samsung microwave ovens installed in recreational vehicles including this particular model. These units were produced with a defective membrane panel. These microwave ovens have the one touch instant cook function [NHTSA Recall No. 03E044].
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

I couldn't find those exact trouble codes, but a common problem is when the controller gets damp, either from steam rising from the cooktop or someone spraying cleaner directly on the keypad.
Cleaners should always be sprayed on a soft cloth, then wipe the keypad with the cloth.
Also, GE / Samsung codes of F1, F2 and F3 may be the same since Samsung makes GE microwaves.
Those would mean trouble with the temperature sensor, keypad, or control panel.
Assuming your control panel is clean and dry, it may be time to call for service.
