Installation problem I am trying to install my new intuos3 A5 on my Vista Premium notebook and after it is done successfully then another message comes up saying to reinstall tablet version mismatch? Ive uninstalled several times and restart still same msg appraers!
After much reading and searching and not finding anything I decided just to download a newer driver from their site wacom.com. It worked perfect! So the CD that came with the tablet is probably out dated!

after the incompatibility message, another window wil appear with two options: reinstall the software and software is installed and working successfully. click on reinstall software and it will install this time.
I'm getting the same problem - for some reason it's removed all pen pressure sensitivity recognition from the tablet. I'm going to try re-installing the drivers tonight, I'll get back to you if I figure it out.

Hello,
Thanks for the e-mail,
I tried the suggestions made by 'marked' but had no success. However, I have installed the latest version of Corel PainShop Pro (V.X2) which works OK and this has solved the problem.

Comus
I did solve it myself. Having downloaded the new drivers off the Wacom website, I hadn't realised they were still sitting on my desktop waiting to be installed. Once I found the folder and opened and installed it everything worked fine!
My Wacom UD-1212-R has a Tablet Version Mismatch and it can not open.
