I have a Satelitte lap top. when i on line (aol) and chatting on msn - the screen fails - going to just the back light. I have to switch off and reboot. All system diagnostics say there is no fault to be found??? Help??

may be some virus/trojan may be present o your laptop

install a good antivirus and then check ...


or maybe the exploarer is faulty

reistall and see
