HP officejet j4580 All-in one shows message on its screen"PLEASE REMOVE PAPER ON THE FEEDER OR GLASS.PRESS OK"and when i m press ok it process it in normal mode and when i going to shut down...

That suggests either a faulty sensor or there really is stuck paper... a piece smaller than your little fingernail could jam many printers.

If you can't see inside the thing, a vacuum cleaner with a blow function might help... but try that only through a filter

When I log off my laptop ( hp pavilion dv5 1225ee) every thing be closed

I hope I can help!

This is a normal function in computers. When you log off, you are essentially shutting down your account. Everything should shutdown, including all of your programs. If you do not want this to happen, you probably want to either use the "standby" mode or just "switch users" instead of logging off. You still will want to shut your laptop down regularly as you would anyways, but this might help you in some situations.

I hope that helps!
