I believe you have overheating problem
Remove side of case and clean all fans including power supply one then clean and remove all fluff and dirt from Heat sink vanes.
Then vacuum out case include all vent holes and behind power supply ones
Then restart computer

Remove fan d865perl

It depends. You usually must replace the entire heatsink/fan assembly. If you have the standard 'Intel' heatsink/fan that came with a retail boxed Intel processor, you flip the levers in opposite directions to loosen the assembly, and then you slip a thin piece of metal under each of the four hooks that attach it to the mobo, but you do them one at a time. You just pry a little bit and lift up on each one. After the last hook is freed, you pull the unit completely off the board.

There's also a power connector. Don't forget to unplug it. There are at least 100 different styles of HSF for that mobo. You also want to twist a little to work the thermal-transfer compound loose. Otherwise you might pull the processor out with the HSF.

I have a intel core 2 duo processor can i buy intel DH67VR-B3 motherboard can both procesor and mothrboard b compatible? plz help immediately

i found the product guide for DH67VR i'm not sure if that covers the last 2 characters in the model, however they say this under processor:

Intel Core i7, Intel Core i5, Intel Core i3, and
Intel Pentium processors in an LGA1155 socket:

So I don't think that motherboard will work with that processor, unless the -B3 version of this model has a different socket some intel core 2 duo processors have these socket types: PLGA775, PBGA479, PPGA478, So I would need more information about your processor also. but none of the intel core 2 duo processors seem to fit that motherboard socket.
