Chest strap stopped working

This can be caused by a number of factors from dead battery to lost signal. I have on my tips and tricks page a checklist for HR signals and causes for disruption.

If it is the Battery then...

#1 - Hard strap, only remedy is too replace, batteries are sealed in.

#2 - Soft strap (wearlink), these have a replaceable battery 2025 and you can do this yourself.

Heat rate total extremly high eratic

In my tips and tricks page is a guide to Heart rate problems. These may be a cause, or you could have a battery issue.

Erratic Heart Rate can also be caused by interference. Power lines, strong radio and Cell signals and more electronic noise can cause problems with the wireless signal.

The last thing that can cause an extremely high signal is your heart. Had a client that was getting what they thought was a problem with the watch, turned out it was there heart and wound up with open heart surgery and a grateful doctor and client.

My heart rate sending unit appears to not be working. the battery was replaced and it was working, then it doesn't seem to be sending information to my watch. Why is this happening? kpost

It is very hard to say wat's going wrong without checking the problem in person, but I think the full reset should solve it.

Model 950 respironics oximeter stopped working

Here is the manual for your device

The troubleshooting guide does recomend making sure you have the batteries postitioned correctly. Also if the battery did leak into the unit it might have ruined it, I would really suggest getting a new unit to ensure acuracy it is sensative equipment and it sounds like the unit may have been comprimised.

Polar F11 not responding

Hello glmatta, The unit can be repaired. Remove the units battery. Remove the screws holding the case together. Carefully open the case on a table covered in cloth, T-shirt type cloth, disconnect the flat ribbon cables, lightly clean with a #2 pencile eraser, reinsert cables. Use the same steps on PCbd pin connections. Important question, Do all of the buttons have the same amount of snap when pressing & releasing? If not you have a bad keypad. A bad button swith will cause tis type of malfunction. Contact the Mgfr requesting technical support for possible replacement part and cost.
