Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
The rolly ball (middle mouse like button) periodically stops working and then begins again a few hours later. When it is not working, I can scroll up and down, but cannot select. Can you help?
First how bad troubleshooting by manufacturer-sellers is! Not a word on this. Second, third and fourth, always use with case, no pockets, no bottom of bags; use with clean hands; and, clean very carefully with cotton swab mildly moistened with nail polish remover (from your favorite woman, mine gave me the idea), and then very carefully clean ball with it and wipe with dry swab. best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
