here is the link to download the software , you will have to scroll down to see the button that says "click here to download" download it to your DESKTOP so that you can find it , double click on it there and follow the prompts.

You don't need the small cd that came with the Sansa Clip.
Go to the website, clik on support
Clik on Sansa Clip
If you installed the updater when you first got it.. the updater will be located in your program folders Sandisk/Updater.
The little CD was for installing the Rhapsody download software if I remember right.
You can update the firmware on your clip either by using the updater or doing manually.. all the instructions are on the support site.
