DVD tray is stuck in the out position. The machine IS reads unlock.

With the top off, as I push the DVD tray in, the platform that hold the DVD (and spins the DVD) moves up and blocks the tray from moving in.

The DVD tray and internal platform moves in unison i.e. the more I push in the DVD tray, the higher the platforms moves. Please advise.
