Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
If you using os xp you may have a compatibility issue. Run xp compatibility utility and see if your printer is on the list. If it isn't you may have to get an on-line fix from your manufactures websites download section, however, patches are readily available to remedy that issue. Click Start>all programs>accessories> click Program compatibility Wizard. If your computer is on the list you still may need to go to manufactures website and download the latest drivers and software for your device.
