Try to exit any unwanted program on the system tray, cause these programs are eating too much memory that makes your computer go slow,
on your computer do click on start then on the run slot type msconfig then run it after that go to the startup then uncheck unwanted programs to load on start up be aware though not to uncheck windows components this may give you an error upon start up.
