Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Everytime I print, the printer does not take the paper correctly. The paper bunches up on one side and the printer makes a terrible noise. Then I get an error message saying that is there is no paper. I have to slowly take the now crinkled paper out of the printer.

It won't print receipt

Does it try to print but no paper comes out? If not, are the proper drivers loaded? Turn everything off. Check that the paper is loaded correctly. Turn on your peripherals and then turn on the PC. Ensure the correct drivers are loaded. If the printer still makes no sound, it is possible the main power supply is fried. Good luck.

I have a casio se-5300 its the first time ive had to change the till roll but its not printing can you help

Hi. I think you mean an SE-S300. You need to make sure you use 57mm thermal paper. It will have a shiny smooth side and a rough side if it is the correct paper. When you fit it into the printer, make sure the shiny side is facing you as it feeds out of the printer otherwise, it will feed out blank.
Fitting instructions are here:

How do I print my picture on to a tee shirt? 03384. My iron now has the picture stuck to the bottom.

Sounds like the iron-on was "facing up", for the image to be correct it must be printed "back wards". Before clicking "print", You need to "select paper" in printer software and choose "Iron on" OR mirror the image in the photo software. Then make sure the SHINNY SIDE IS DOWN!

Morning, I have a Casio TE-2400 Cash Register.\r\nThe till roll feeder unit rollers are worn and need replacing. When you register a sale the till roll feeds out but the printing is bunched up and in...

I have been dealing with the 2400 since it was released and I have NEVER seen worn feed rollers. They are a VERY reliable printer. I would check a few other things first. Make sure the paper is 57mm wide. Wrong width is common and it will cause many different problems. Try pulling a little paper off of the roll and just print on that. The roll can sometimes be too tight or heavy to pull through the printer and this will show you if the problem lies here. Also, does the problem happen on both the receipt side and journal side? The only other thing I can think of is maybe a damaged drive gear (or dirt stuck in the gears) but this should only affect one of the printers.

How may i print for Both Side Printing?

Hi,

Both side printing depends on the printer. It's a feature which require a hardware in the printer known as Duplexer. Which automatically turns the paper and prints on the other side. Some printer may not come with duplexer but if they support duplex printing, you can but the duplexer for the specific printer and attach it at the back of the printer.

If your printer supports duplex printing, when you click on print, click print preferences as shown in the fig 1 below.

Click on finishing tab >> put a check on Print on both sides under document optoins section

Click Ok to close the preferences window

Click Ok to send the print job to the printer

Below is the series of images showing how to connect a duplexer.

I have a hp photosmart c4280 and whenever i print it says margins are incorrect. how do i set them correctly so i can print documents.

Check the paper size at the printer properties on control panel.
You may be trying to print an A4 document to a printer configured to print on Letter size paper.
The document paper size should match the printer's paper size deffinition.

Paper jam with my photosmart c4280 printer- help!!

Try this link...It may help.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c00860153&product=3192753

As for the cartridge jam try resetting the printer. Open it up, make sure there is not jam. Move the carriage over if necessary, hit OK. Then turn the printer off. Go to your computer and remove any documents from the print queue. Then, with the computer still plugged into the printer, turn the printer on.

clean its roller and service other part with clean cotton.
or it may that ejector clip of printer causes this.
when paper prints and it travel outwards then there are ejectors that pushes it out .sometimes that clips bend inside and not allow paper to come out.
