Cut some bread into triangles that will fit into the slots on the grill.
Place fillings toward the center of triangles and then top them off with other triangles.
Either butter the sides of the bread that will touch the grill or lightly spray the grill with high-temperature oil.
Plug in the grill and wait 5 minutes or until the Ready light comes on.
Carefully place the sandwiches into the slots on the grill and the close the lid.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sandwiches have reached the desired level of crispy goodness.
The grill doesn't have an on-off switch, so unplug it when not in use. When cool, wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth to clean. Don't immerse it in water. Don't use metal utensils as they'll scratch it.
