Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have recently bought a Brother DCP-135C all in one printer, scanner, copier. I am very happy with it apart from, everytime I switch the printer on it goes through the process of cleaning the heads, which is using lots of ink. Is there anyway to prevent the machine from doing this. I have had a look in the manual but can't find anything. It's not possible for me to leave the machine switched on.
Try this, completely remove printer and printer software from your computer. Reboot, use installation cd and reinstall software. Watch very closely the options they give you. It may be you choose to head clean at start up. If your software came with a desktop management utility check this first for options you can change. I hope this helped a little, if not, hit me back, we have other options i.e. software conflicts from previous printer installs.
Thanks for using FixYa.com
