Question about Computers & Internet
You can usually go to the website for your brand and find their "downloads and drivers" section. Follow the path to this page, select your model and download the available software for your model. Its easiest if you create a new folder on your desktop and name it relevant to your download i.e. "new hp software". Follow this: right click my computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager>imaging devices. Right click on your printer>properties>uninstall. Install new software and turn computer off. Connect all cables and reboot. Windows will detect new hardware and ask you what you want to do. Choose install from disk/location. Direct windows to the folder you created with your new software. I hope this helped a little, if not, hit me back, we have other options i.e. new installation cd from manufacturer.
Thanks for using FixYa.com
