Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Any idea what this is. Keeps telling me to turn it off and on but nothing is happening.
The error code has to do with you soret/finisher. Are the bins moving smoothly up & down? If not you may have a broken bin, also did you just have a paper jam and may be did not remover all of them? Also, did you check for a jamed staple? You can try this it may work..... Turn the copier Off and unplug the sorter and turn it back On. It may clear the code. When the copier comes to Ready turn it Off and reinstall the sorter back it to the copier and turn it back On. If it dose not work you may need a repair tech out to solve it
