Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
My cousin changed his password for his home pc, to limit the usage on his kids, now he had forgotten the new password, does anyone know how we can reset it? We can't even get to the control panel or anything..thanks
Go to safemode by tapping F8. You should see an administrator account. Login to the administrator account. Click Start>Control Panel then look for User Account. You will see the user account and remove the password. Restart the computer. Your user account should not ask you for a password anymore. You can set up a password again but make sure to take note of it. :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
