Question about Disney Mix Max Digital Media Player
My son received the Pirates of the Carribean mix max 2 days ago. We have loaded a few pictures on it, no problem. He was watching Pirates on the SD card this morning, no problem. He turned it off because he had to go to school. I am now home and was turning it on to load some music onto it. I can't turn it on at all. It's like the power button isn't working at all. I tried plugging it into the computer, thinking maybe the battery was low (although he only watched about 30 min. of video, so it would surprise me if the battery was already dead.) Still, nothing. No indication that it's charging, nothing. any ideas?
Try connecting the player to your computer and press the reset button. You'll need a paper clip or thumb tack to reset it. Then remove the clip and try turning it on. Also as a general rule it's always best to insert and remove the clips when the player is turned off.
