Question about BenQ FP71G 17" LCD Monitor

Please help me fix this benq monitor

Hi
I have this monitor BenQ monitor Q7T4.
can you show me where to resolder the four transistor.
Do I need to buy new components or just resolder existing ones?
My monitor power is failing, it turns on for 1-2 second then off.
Flashes the logo then off.

If you can help please send some picture and detail instructions to repair this lcd.

    This is a little more useful than other post, four transistors marked SC5707. Search SC5707 on ebay and buy four of these. Replace them as well. Resolder the four yellow transformers. Poor soldering from the factory is often the cause of transistor failure. Check this post, it is similar,

look at the 3 amp. fuse on the mainboard! By the way, you can buy very cheap USB light, wich are working with a small lighttube. Use the transistors of their generator!

Open it up and look for burned or some cold soldre joints. After resolder it should work.

Benq lcd c5707 transistor issues


You need transistors with hfe greater than 300. They are harder to get and you should use the producter`s original transistors 2sa5707.

Benq inverter board schemtic


Post me a picture of the board and I might be able to Help.Normally transistors 2Sc5707 are defective.

LCD panel no display


check transistors Q739,740,759,760.These transistors are near the Yellow inverter transformers.Resolder these transformers and check/ replace above transistors.

Monitor goes on/off in 2 seconds


Problem is related to Invertor .If you are Technically able ,resolder power transistors 2sc5707 on powerboard near invertor transformers.

BenQ FP731 17" Inverter transistors


T751,752,753,753 are the transformers to be resoldered ,and resolder Transistors Q759,60,39,40,43,51.
Please check them with a multimeter if you are adept .

Q7T4 monitor


I have the same trouble,with the Benq Q7t4 power, but can you tell me how I can get it apart, I have taken all the screws out but can't seem to dismantle it.

Secondary monitor


When you first switch on Does it show Benq?If not the inverter circuit has failed.If you are technically able you can try resoldering transistors on inverter board.If your display is black all of the time transistors could have failed as also related fuse etc.
And yes please check with BenQ Normally these have a 3 year warranty.

Benq FP731 17" monitor goes Blank after start up


Change the 2SC5707 transistors and electrolytic caps in the inverter
section. Also check the 3A picofuse, and resolder all transformer
pins
