Question about Avaya Lands Phones
You could have a couple of things wrong. First you need an audio source and plugged into the MOH jack. Take a close look at the plug. Sometimes, the commercially molded ones have too much plastic around the RCA plug and it won't fit into the jack on the processor board. Try a different plug or cut all that stuff away.
Second, you need to make music active in system program 602 and 119 to Active if you want transferred calls to hear music. Feature 23 turns on background music on a phone, so you can test all of this first without calling in.
