Ihave a ln 54051d 40 in. for 2years I have blue bars along with a shaky picture with outline litering on my close capture had comcast look at it not cable problem the blue bars are all along each side and lower left cornor collor picture is good reception is good best buy has no repaire men please help robertdrossi@msn.com 5616389143

Sounds like the guns may be going out. See if you have a calibration feature on your main menu to calibrate the screen image, and try that. If not, it's possible that your projection guns are going bad. Mine behaved similarly to this (JVC i'Art TV) and that was the repair.

When taking pictures outside or from inside through a window, the picture comes out white with faint red outlines of some images. Inside the house and darker areas it takes pretty good pic's. What can be...


First the camera has a flash to allow for darker areas to be illuminated to capture pictures. The type of camera may bot allow to capture outdoor pictures with the camera flash on. Power off the flash when outdoors to capture daylight pictures.

Tap the Change preference icon. It is the one with the blue wrench to the left of thae orange arrow on the top picture. Once you are in change preferences, use the right arrow to explore the options. Find the icon that is shown on the next picture (the Flags). Use the Up and down arrows that will show to the right of the list of languages to select the language you want.

Volume
In the following screen capture, the status bar (the blue bar) is horizontal.

To change the volume you tap the status bar near the middle and a volume slider control appears. Move slider to the right to increase volume.

It is light engine that is going bad and causing blue haze/ clouds etc.
It is an expensive part, and I would recommend a new TV instead of its repair.

Blue shadows in pic.


glycol leak....bad stuff....conductive and corrosive. the blue tube might have to be replaced along with anthing that it has leaked on.. just depends on if which seals have failed
