Two ways..open the yahoo..and grab the icon in the browser window, and drag it to the quick launch..other way is to right click on that panel, and customize that panel, by adding the application

Get into my e mail

If you have an online account with Yahoo or Google, you launch Yahoo Mail or Google Mail, enter your email address and your password, and click sign in. If you do not have such accounts, you have to register for such at their sites. Be sure to record your user name and password off line AND NOT ON YOUR PHONES MEMO PAD. You do not want some thief in the future having access to your email.

Email messages occasionaly disappear after being cancelled , cannot be found anywhere?

If you canceled or deleted you can retrieve them in most web email clients.

GMail:
If you've deleted a message permanently, by clicking Delete Forever in your Spam or Trash, it isn't possible to recover the message.
If you've moved a message to Trash, by clicking Delete, but it's been fewer than 30 days and you haven't permanently deleted it, follow these steps to put it back in your inbox:
  1. Sign in to Gmail.
  2. Click Trash along the left side of any Gmail page. (If you don't see Trash along the left side of your Gmail page, go to the Labels tab in Settings, then click the show link next to the Trash label.)
  3. Locate the message you'd like to move to your inbox, and check the box next to the sender's name.
  4. Click Move to Inbox.
Yahoo:
Of course, you can also undelete a message quickly as long as it is still in your Yahoo! Mail's Trash folder.
Undelete Mail in Yahoo! Mail To undelete a message in Yahoo! Mail or Yahoo! Mail Classic:
  • Go to the Trash folder.
  • Open the desired message.
  • Click Move in the Yahoo! Mail toolbar.
  • Select Inbox or any other folder to recover the message.
    • In Yahoo! Mail, you can also drag and drop the email to any folder, of course.
Also you can serach on Yahoo itself by look at the left upper corner you can see a search bar if you
remember some info. from the sender.

I had to send my computer back to the factory and know I can't put Yahoo.com on my desktop or toolbar for easy access. What can I do?

visit the yahoo website login etc then drag the tiny YAHOO icon at left of the address bar onto the tool bar of internet explorer. This will give you a quick link to yahoo. NB you might need to go to View - toolbars - links on the menu at the top to enable this.

I have Outlook express for E-mail. How do I access my E-mail from another computer using yahoo

More than likely your internet service provider has a website you can go to to check your personal e-mail online from anyinternet-connected computer. call them or check your manual they gave you for the address and then look for a link like webmail or mail or check mail.all you will need once your there is the same username and password you use to log onto the internet.
Thier phone number should be on your internet bill.
