check if your unit still have its warranty, if so, ask some assistance from your seller.
however if there is no warranty anymore, you can ask for assistance from techwood and have it checked. they might repair or replace the broken switch.
have them also check other non-obvious problems like possible loose connection of some wirings, etc.
