Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
1- power off the printer and make sure the indicator is not red.
2- Remove the drums and waste box
3- Remove the front door by sliding it left after releasing the two stoppers (turning them 90°) and sliding the left hinge to the left (after loosening a screw).
4- Release the green Synchronozing Roller lock levers (2).
Release the black Secondary Image Transfer lock levers (2).
Release the green Secondary Image TranHow do I change the - 5549a2b.gifever (2).
5- release the sensor assy by turning it 90° How do I change the - fe52e7e.giftwo screws to release the belt.
6- You can now pull the belt out of the printer and replace it with a new one following the reverse procedure.

Tips for a great answer:
CAUSE: The transfer belt is not rotating correctly inside of the Image Unit.
SOLUTION: Check the PRCB connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. Also, check Belt Positioning Sensor (PS6). Replace Image Unit (p/n A0VU011). The PRCB may also need to be replaced. (p/n A034 H001 06 for magicolor 1650EN or p/n A034 H009 07 for magicolor 1680MF/1690MF)
