Question about Computers & Internet
Try the following steps to reset printer:
1: Power off printer
2: Hold Resume button then press and hold POWER, the beeper will sound once.
3: Hold POWER and release RESUME
4: Press RESUME twice
5: When the indicator lights steady, press RESUME three(3) times. The indicator should be orange.
6: Press Power to set data
Should that fail, unplug the printer from AC power source (wall socket) and from PC. Wait about 5 minutes, replug and reconnect to PC and power on.
If even this does not work, there is a problem with the printer's logic board, and you will either need to get it serviced, or buy a new one (whichever works out cheaper for you...)
Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.
