Could be a stuck relay that control the fan. check the 24 v relay or 24V magnetic contactor. could be a welded contact also.

tnx 4 using fixya,

Air handler fan runs continuosly. Will not shut off.

There should be fan options "automatic" which will turn on with heat or cool. , continuous, and perhaps "circulate" which is a randomized turn and off. Double-check your Thermostat programming manual. If no manual,

Why would my combo A/C - Heater unit not blow air while heating or cooling is selected but will blow air just fine when set to "fan only"?

Sounds like wiring issue to me. I've delt with units like this and there is a wire lead for fan only and a separate one to run the fan when the unit is cooling or heating. I'm only speculating here but I would bet money that this was improperly installed.

Dont get discouraged though because it sounds like its working (for the most part) if you feel up to the task find the manual and check your connections. Otherwise hire a professional.

Fan isn't running

I am assuming you are talking about the exterior fan. Did you check the electrical box that should be next to your exterior unit? When you open it up there is a handle attached to an electrical bridge.

When you plug it in one way there is no electrical connection. If you turn it 180 degrees then there is a connection.

Weather King blows fuse in Criterion II furnace

You probably have a shorted wire between the heater and the a/c. There are two wires that conncet the control power to the outdoor a/c from the heater they should be on terminal c & y in the heater. disconect those two wires and try it again if the fuse doesnt blow you have a short in the wire between the a/c & heater
