Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
You know when the device is connected into the USB port that a series of options should come up. Choose open folder to view files, (or simply click on the "PEARL" device under My Computer) from there there should be 2 folders. One that is named Music, and another named VOICE. Open Music. Then drag songs from your computer to the folder. To delete songs simply right click and delete or drag to recycling bin. If none of these work I suggest Formating it. Also you might need to recreate a drive for the mp3 player if its not detecting when you plug it into the USB port.
