- hampton bay model HB40 rev. R dehumidifier has a knob and it wont shut off at all. had to pull plugs out of receptable everytime to empty out the drain pan. defective? flaws? recall? we have another dehumidifer. much older unit and is having the same problems.Same Problem

- I have the same problem with the HB30. Plug it in, it works. Unplug it, it's off. The knob from OFF then 1-9 does not work.- Guest
